  • Position your keyboard so that your wrists are neutral as you type (not bent up or down).

  • Avoid staying in one position for any prolonged amount of time. Get out of your chair at least once or twice per hour.
  • Keep heavy objects close to you when you lift them, avoid bending while twisting the spine, and use tools or recruit a helper when necessary!
